- The team sensed that plenty of people came in without buying, but not where they were leaving from. We measured exit paths with saai insight, found where non-purchasing exits clustered, added a till at that point, and re-measured at a short and a long horizon.

How this was verified
The pre-installation baseline and two post-installation measurements were compared across the same zones. The store name and its internal zone names are not disclosed.
A real case at the food hall of a major Korean department store. The store name and absolute figures are banded and reconstructed to protect the client; the rates of change are as measured. The short-term and six-month figures are observations from different points in time.
